"PURLING" KITTY

Okay...so...today Faith and I take one of our dogs, Player, to the vet for an annual checkup and his needed shots.  Faith loves going to our vet.  It's out in the country and our vet has horses, cats and birds.  She loves seeing the horses as we drive in but for some reason they weren't there today. There are two cats.  One black...don't remember it's name, and one that's oh...if it were a person it would be blonde (sorry...not much of a cat person, myself, so I don't know what kind the second one is).  Anyway, Majellan is the name of the second cat.  Faith didn't want to go in room with Player and me so the receptionist told me she could stay up front and explore.  Okie dokie! When Player was done, he and I went back to the front desk and Faith was playing with Majellan.  She was absolutely loving every minute of "kitty licks" and the attention she was getting from this cat. Then she said, "Mommy, the kitty likes me!  It's purling!"  I know she meant "purring" but who in their right mind would correct a child after saying something so darn cute.  Of course all of us adults just chuckled at her comment.  After we left the vet we stopped at Grandma and Grandpa's to see how Grandpa was feeling and check the driveway after last night's snowfall.  Faith was quick to tell them about the "purling" kitty.  Again...we all just chuckled to ourselves and agreed with her that "purling" kitties are wonderful.
